Can the night time use of melatonin lead to daytime fatigue? I take it at 7:30pm, go to bed at 9pm and wake at 5am.

Eating at night: If you wake up to eat it MAY mean your blood sugar is dropping and you are eating to help it rise. Please see your doc who may test you for this. I always fall asleep by 10:30/11 to wake up at 8am. I ALWAYS wake up at 4am, wide awake, not being able to fall back to sleep for at least an hr.

A couple of things: Wnat is your sleep position? Sleeping with the arms over the head, bent at the elbow or other positions can cause the hands to be numb or partially numb. You may have a neck problem and would depend on the positon of the neck and the type of pillow your have. I think its normal:: to be tired the day after a sleepless night. You need to discipline your self for better sleeping habits, and control the exercises you do, by starting low and slow and gradually increase the time periods you exercise for.
