Years ago while chinning myself on a low bar over a swimming pool I felt pain in my right armpit. Pain since & now swelling & tenderness. Help.

Mystery infection 3 months ago that made my lymph nodes swell severely, with lots of breasts and armpit pain. Antibiotics resolved swelling, not pain.
Lymph nodes: By now the lymph nodes should have gone away. You need to see your PCP first for labs. Then maybe thinking about getting a biopsy of the lymph nodes. Maybe even some images like a CT, etc will give some information. ...Read more

Usually there is-: -breast enlargement, and there is what's called the axillary tail that can reach to just under the deltoid muscle, and this may be what is causing your pit pain, because in using your shoulder the deltoids come in to play & it could compress the axillary tail of your breasts.
