I would not put: It past your period to cause all kinds of weird symptoms. However any change in your menstrual symptoms warrants a pregnancy test and recheck in 1-2 weeks. If they are both negative, and you do not feel morning sickness, then watch to see if the axillary (aka fancy term for armpit) pain would go away spontaneously.
