Sweaty?: Do you live in an area with a heat wave these days? What you describe may be sweat trapped in the creases in the neck and beneath the breast. If you are sweating, you may exude an odor as you describe. Try some cornstarch (not talcum powder) in those areas after washing them out with soap and water and see if it helps. If what you say is: correct that you had surgery limited to your shoulder 5 yrs. ago, there's no connection between that procedure and your symptoms today.
