Other causes, too: Have you played with a kitten and been scratched lately? Could be something else like Cat Scratch Fever. Please see your primary care physician for exam and evaluation. 28, Shooting, cramping & squeezing pains in chest, ribs, and breastbone ( in both sides) that last a few seconds to a few mins. Same pain by armpits. Area is very tender and back/neck muscles fee sore & tight. EKG, X-ray, stress test ok. Cardiac ?
