Persistent 1.4x1.5cm lymphnode in armpit. Mild Muscle soreness in upper arms & mid back near rib area. Seems to come & go. I'm 18 lymphoma?

You just need to: See a healthcare provider as the rash can be difficult to diagnose without it being examined properly. Muscle pain and cough generally point towards a viral infection of some sort, but if you have a rash then that introduces a bevy of other possibilities. Yes in my opinion: I think it is a great idea to alternate muscle groups in the course of a fitness program. The soreness is likely attributable to anaerobic metabolism or Lactic Acid buildup. ? muscle conditions: There are multiple neuromuscular conditions that can cause muscle fatigue and soreness. Medications can cause side effects that affect muscles. Sounds right.: I think you may have an answer. When you use muscles in a new or excessive way, the muscle may be injured and cause a large amount of pain. It is rare, but sometimes muscles can swell to the point that they cut off their own blood supply. This is bad.
