See your GP: I am glad you have seen your general practitioner regarding these symptoms- routine blood tests are usually a good place to start. Ask your doctor about the utility of checking for more obscure diagnoses such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. ...Read more

Possible: Have you had your thyroid tested ? Body temperature is largely under control of the thyroid, and is usually lowest in the AM, raising throughout the day. Improving Skin Tone: Skin is generally dynamic and can stretch and tighten if it hasn't been damaged. Younger skin contracts best. Thin skin with stretch marks not as much. If there is not improvement in 2-3 months with healthy diet and exercise there are some options. Ex. Exilis, needling, and some laser treatments that do not require surgery. Lymph nodes: Please have your doctor refer you to a specialist regarding your lymph nodes. You are quite young to have two vertebral compression fractures. Are you on treatment for that? Has anyone suggested that your compression fractures can be restored to normal height? Please discuss this with an orthopedic surgeon. ...Read more

Pinched nerve: Neck pain that runs down the arm with or without numbness and tingling sounds like a pinched nerve in the neck. This is usually caused by a protruding disc or bone spur touching one of your spinal nerves as it leaves your neck. Not normal: Likely the radiation to the left shoulder caused shrinkage or constriction of the arteries causing diminished blood flow to the shoulder/upper arm causing it to shrink. ...Read more

A little: Its ok, it may pinch a little, and it feels scary to let someone poke your neck. Be sure that your doctor does alot of these types of biopsies, and you wil be in good hands. Trust your doctor. Also dont squirm and move. ...Read more

Sudden body heaviness like I can't walk or even move my arm, it hits for 9-18 secs then fades, I did sugar test, thyroid, ekg, blood came fine. But I have sinusitis what's wrong? I'm19 kind humid here

Periodic paralysis: There are a few different forms including thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (abnormal thyroid tests), hyperkalemic periodic paralysis (sounds like yours), Andersen Syndrome (paralysis is prolonged) and psychogenic among others. At this point you need evaluation by a specialist/neurologist, good family history, possible EMG, cardiac evaluation and poss. genetic testing. Good news is all have tx's. ...Read more
