I have a lump on my forearm muscle and im kind of worried about it. Only hurts when i press it. Arm feels perfectly fine other than that lump. Clues?

Maybe: NO history is available but this may be a bruise of sorts. There may be a small vessel rupture and could have created a small lump called a hematoma.
