I have a rash on my arms that is red, really itchy, and has some small bumps. im not sure what it is or what to do?
How severe?: Yikes! the itching. There are so many kinds of itchy, red, bumps rashes that it needs to be examined to narrow it down. Bug bites, poison ivy, eczema and hives are likely possibilities.
