I've lost a lot of weight, about 40 pounds. My breasts are wrinkly and now my nipples sink inward when i raise my arms up. Is this from fat loss?

Do not: You can lose weight just by eating right. Simple sugars and processed carbs should be avoided or limited. This includes any flour product.
