Conjunctival: hemorrhage isn't unheard of after BM and usually resolves on it's own. And headache & increased symptoms bending over are common with eye irritation. There's probably nothing to be concerned about. If it doesn't improve in another week or two or you're concerned you should see your doctor for an exam. ...Read more

Diagnosis could be--: Based on what you are saying about the headache i would guess that either you are suffering from a migraine, dad tension type headache, or medication overuse type of headache since i see you are taking acetaminophen. I have never ever heard of a nine-month wait for an MRI scan. That is phenomenal but i would seek a headache specialist who may agree you may not even need a scan in the first place. ...Read more

June 20 experienced sharp shooting pain on R side of neck below the base of the head. Ear pain/severe headache. Felt neck pain earlier in the day.

Carotid dissection: Is one cause of neck pain on one side of the neck that shouldn't be missed. It can cause a stroke, so if you can call your doctor for a carotid ultrasound (or go to the emergency room) as soon as possible.
