Spotting : Spotting can occur with Implanon and varies from patient to patient. It was wise to take a pregnancy test to be sure. Please discuss this with your provider who inserted your implanon. Honestly : Honestly I am not quite sure what you are referring to regarding the antibodies. The only reason to do repeated std testing is if you are at high risk. This information would have been obtained during the first prenatal visit. I encourage you to ask your doctor why the testing is being repeated. Always make sure you get all your questioned answered.
