Negative : No i don't. Ask the hospital cardiologist to provide you with literature (i.e. A study) that supports his/her position. I'm not aware of any tendency of fish oil to exacerbate atrial flutter or fibrillation. Be advised that the combination of fish oils and anticoagulants such as warfarin can increase your risk of bleeding, however.
