Actually, I have: Found that dysthymia doesn't always respond that well when the only treatment is medication. The best way to approach it is a combination of pharmacotherapy ; other treatments. Since I am a psychologist, unless the depression is very severe and the person is suicidal, i start w' psychotherapy and refer for medication if it is needed later.
