Be more specific: If the rash itches, it is more likely from atopic dermatitis but then I would expect that your skin doctor can give you a better idea. Psoriasis and atopic dermatitis occur at different sites. With AD more at the elbow crease and itchy, psoriasis more at the outside of the extremities.
