Anticholinergic ie oxybutinin to reduce overactive bladder symptoms.Elmiron (pentosan) x# daily for bladder lining protection. Pain meds as required.Cystoscopic bladder hydrodistension, DMSO coctail instillations may help. Urologist with ic interest. ...Read more
