I used this when I had to lose weight safely for a sport by a certain time period. It allows you to calculate in calories and nutrients in, and your exercises are searchable. It won't be exact, but it gives a good estimate and it does work well. It's free, you've got nothing to lose... but weight! ...Read more

M 22 year old girl virgin. I do heavy weight training exercises in gym can doing squats, lunges, & exercising on leg press machine in gym break hymen?
No, but...: It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. So, ignore the hymen. Usually, only in cases of alleged sexual assault upon girls and women do we physicians engage in the careful examination of hymens, collecting evidence of physical damage to be used later in courts of law. In normal everyday life, people should not be "checking hymens" nor thinking about whether they are broken or not broken. ...Read more

Quite a workout: This sounds like quite a strenuous workout! If your heart and lungs are healthy there should be no problem but work up to it and don't try starting it all at once. It won't effect your uterus but your periods may change with the exercise and weight loss that would be anticipated. Hope this helps. ...Read more
