Left nostril dry: Can be allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis(no allergy), w/ post nasal drip and sinusitis due to chronic congestion . Follow up with allergist to test for environmental allergens- pollen, dust mites or foods(milk, gluten,). I Wouldn't: I wouldn't recommend using manuka honey. I do recommend the use of saline rinses and neti pots (with saline), but the studies with manuka honey are limited and primarily lab based.
