See allergist: If he has cysts in his sinuses he should see an allergist to see if there is something triggering his symptoms.If you can identify something that is triggering hs symptoms you may be able to control them. ...Read more

Multiple infections: Hello, i would recommend that you discuss an immune evaluation with your doctor. With the number of infections you are experiencing, i look outside the box and search for answers. A second opinion may also be helpful since you've had multiple surgeries. Left nostril dry: Can be allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis(no allergy), w/ post nasal drip and sinusitis due to chronic congestion . Follow up with allergist to test for environmental allergens- pollen, dust mites or foods(milk, gluten,).
