I recover slowly from "cold" viruses, i also have chronic sinusitis. Cld my slow recovery from viruses and my sinusitis be caused by poor sinus drainage? I have had 2 sinus surgeries.

Left nostril dry: Can be allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis(no allergy), w/ post nasal drip and sinusitis due to chronic congestion . Follow up with allergist to test for environmental allergens- pollen, dust mites or foods(milk, gluten,).
