It may or may not be related to your uveitis depending on what it looks like and could give clues to the cause of your uveitis. I am glad that your doctor sent testing since uveitis can occasionally be a sign of underlying illness. Depends on the drop: I would caution against using "get the red out" eyedrops. Those will often work initially by constricting the blood vessels but not treating the primary problem. They become less effective and more addictive as time goes on. There is nothing wrong with regular artificial tears as a treatment.
