Is eating more maize good for health and mention some normal food items which are not good for health.
NO, sadly many!: As a very starchy food with a high glycemic index (60) ; glycemic load, eating maize is not particularly good for health. In general sugars ; starchy foods like grains ; potatoes are not very good for health. Fried foods are also bad, as are gmo foods ; food from animals fed gmo's, grains ; hormones. Yes: There is no net nutritional value from either meat or milk. The "protein" in meat and "calcium" in milk is negated by the fats, cholesterol, and hormones/chemicals. You can get all the limited nutritional value from either meat or milk plus far more from fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole grains. High protein diet, lowering carbs, aerobic exercise and controlling weight may help reduce cholesterol to some extent. Sometimes u feel: Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you dont : ). Certain oils in fish and nuts likely contain good cholesterol and probably lower risk for cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disease. But i wouldnt count on a candy bar or bag of almonds to pass my exams. Good diet and exercise in general are great for your health and brain while alcohol and drugs be bad. Liver: there are no foods which are specifically good for your liver. Having said that, if you have liver disease, you should avoid alcohol, certain medications, and raw seafood and shellfish.
