Possibly: The diet you describe is rich in B vitamins but may be deficient in folate (folic acid). I recommend that all women of child-bearing age get adequate folate (folic acid). Unless you've been specifically diagnosed with B12 deficiency, I recommend a multivitamin instead of Vitamins B6 & B12. Keep in mind that, even tho you'll get enough folate (folic acid), you'll still miss out on all the other benefits of fruits & veggies. ...Read more
