Indirectly: Magnesium & calcium work together & need to be balanced. If supplementing magnesium, should also supplement calcium (or get plenty of calcium in diet). Generally intake of calcium should be twice the dose of magnesium. Potassium's also important; so eat foods rich in magnesium, calcium, & potassium. Extra fiber may be necessary since calcium tends to constipate. Heat & stretching will help too. ...Read more

A lot of symptoms!: You need a medical workup to try to sort out all of these issues. I would suggest you seek a doc who will take your issues seriously and pursue a workup consisting of a thorough history and physical exam, as well as laboratory and possibly some imaging studies.
