Nerve pain likely: Many things -- most likely compression of a nerve in your thoracic outlet or neck. Unlikely to be heart disease in a healthy person of 29. Definitely not a stroke. Left arm nerve issue: Heart attack symptoms can cause left arm symptoms, but in a young patient without other issues would be very unusual. It also should not be migraine aura unless this has been part of your aura before. More likely you have peripheral nerve irritation that may be at the elbow (ulnar nerve) or possibly at the brachial plexus or cervical spine. See your doctor if it persists. ...Read more
