I have chronic bile salts diarrhea w malabsorption. Had colonoscopy on friday w biopsies taken. Continuous abdominal pain (not gas) since procedure. No fever or other signs. Normal or should I call?

Some abdominal : Discomfort is not uncommon after colonoscopy. Its secondary to colonic distention from the air insufflation during the procedure. It should go away over the next 24 -48 hrs. If you have abdominal distention along with the pain then ill be concerned. If its pain by itself and it doesnt go away by tomorrow i would recemmend letting your endoscopist know.
