The best think to do is to get some light activity (like walking 3 times per day). Constipation s/p gb: Likely was hemorrhoids which worsened or developed due to constipation. But would call doctor and let them know and evaluate. Could be ileitis, colitis, AVM, polyps as well. Also discuss with doctor diet. usually there is more of a problem with diarrhea after gb. Drink fluids about 2-3 liters/ day water /gator have to avoid fats < 3 grams /serving. Not gall bladder: You should take fiber foods (see site below for info). Or you could take a fiber laxative like Metamucil. In either case drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
