Treatment is palliative with low level laser therapy able to relieve pain and accelerate healing with about 5 minutes of trea. Dment. Acidic food/drinks: You should avoid acidic foods such as soda and other carbonated beverages, citrus fruit, etc. Rinse 4 times a day with warm salt water rinse to ease the pain and aid healing. Find cause: Some folks "simply get" these. However, if there's several at once, it can warn of a low level of good neutrophil white cells. Other entities to rule in or out based on your history are behcet's, lupus, and crohn's.
