The one caveat to this is if you have something like a spinal cord injury where you have large muscles in spasm, and tizanidine works very well cutting down these spasms, you could lower your metabolism thus increasing your blood sugar. Removed for market: I believe darvocet has been removed from the market. Otherwise, it is a combo drug including Acetaminophen (ie tylenol).
