See doctor: Can't really tell what may be causing the problem and whether the skin rash is from bug bites at all from the description. There are difference: Btwn mosquitoes & bed bugs. Mosquitoes usually aren't out when it's really cold & they are often found outside in wooded areas. Don't pop it: I suggest no home invasive treatment to any of your lesions as this may lead to more inflammation/infection. Put hot pack on it and if it drains on its own, then just wipe it and put a gauze to absorbe the secretion. Do not put anything inside.
