More than one issue: Simple ovarian cysts should not cause backache. Low ferritin represents iron deficiency and you may have low blood count. Chest wall or Lung: In general, if pain is present during movement or breathing, heart causes are very unlikely. This pattern would suggest chest wall muscle or bony irritation or injury (even with negative xray). You need a workup: Hi. Low calcium is not normal. Bone pain isn't either in absence of a fracture. What is your PTH? Your 25-hydroxyvitamin D? Your alkaline phosphatase? Your 24-hour urine calcium?
