Not much: You shouldn't get many side effects from Nasonex (mometasone) (an intranasal steroid) when you're using it correctly. Should be sprayed so that it stays in the nose. many serious ones: I never prescribe Fosamax (alendronate) to my patients; i believe it is a bad drug. It commonly causes side effects like heartburn ; can cause serious side effects like osteonecrosis ; heart arrhythmias. Not avapro (irbesartan): I can tell you, it's not avapro (irbesartan). But to convince yourself, try stopping it for 2 weeks. If you're better, restart it. If the symptoms come right back, you have evidence that it is avapro (irbesartan). (this procedure is standard operating procedure for determining a drug adverse reaction). ...Read more

Only done irbesartan 300mgs with/without diuretic. Norvasc (amlodipine) alone didn't work. Metoprolol 25mgs ..Side effects. Doc says we're out of options! help!
