None for cooking: None of these oils are healthy to cook with! most corn & canola oil is genetically modified so i would avoid if not organic. Sunflower is healthy raw. For cooking best choices are olive oil (for low heat- under 350 degrees) and coconut oil for higher heat. Potatoes are in the environmental working group's dirty dozen foods-they're high in pesticides if not organic & are readily converted to sugar so raise blood sugar, causing weight gain & increased risk of diabetes. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) ; Fish Oil: There is no reason that you cannot use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and take fish oil ;/or flex seed oil capsules. I would recommend that you do not take them at the same time of day. One could affect the absorption of the other.
