No.: I am sorry to hear about your case of shingles. It can be quite painful. Apple cider vinegar will do nothing to kill the virus or shorten the duration of your symptoms. There are antiviral medicines that can help and also good pain medicines to make you feel better. ...Read more

Will Heinz apple cider vinegar work like brAggs apple cider vinegar?

Also, Bragg's is organic whereas Heinz is not, and apples are in the EWG "Dirty Dozen" and high in pesticide residues. Heinz should have many of the same benefits but, given a choice, I recommend Bragg's. ...Read more

Why and how would unfiltered apple cider vinegar have a positive effect on my health?

Many benefits: Apple cider vinegar is touted as a cure for many maladies. However, research is limited. It does lower elevated blood sugar (a great benefit) & may lower cholesterol & reduce cancer risk. It may enhance mineral absorption & chelate lead & other heavy metals & support detoxification in general. It is a home remedy for many things- see http://www.Earthclinic.Com/remedies/acvinegar.Html & comment:. ...Read more

Vinegar tonic: Vinegar belongs to the class of high nutrient foods that have strong detoxifying health properties. I use a couple teaspoons with olive oil and sea salt for a tangy home made salad dressing. ...Read more
