Can I use minoxidil for my hair while I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp? Or can I use apple cider vinegar topically for my scalp?

Minoxidil, is hard to say; it is effective ONLY on some patterns of baldness and NOT on receeding hairline. AND irritated scalp is more likely to react to any drug put onto it.
