Apple Cider Vinegar For Eczema Treatment
Hadn't heard that...: I am a big fan of olive oil (extra virgin) as moisturizer for eczema. As I tell my patients, use the olive olive, but don't put your kid in the salad. I have not heard of vinegar as it would seem to dry out the skin, rather than moisturize it. Eczema is a tough disease and keeping the skin moist is key. Good luck... ...Read more

I have a yeat infection which I used the mobistar 3 day treatment and have lingering symptom will raw apple cider vinegar work?
Yeast: Perhaps the diagnosis was incorrect, you had more than one infection at the same time, the medication you used was ineffective, or some other factor. Apple cider vinegar is not likely to solve this problem. Go see a doctor. ...Read more
Yes, seems to work: 19 year old male asks, Is organic apple cider vinegar for acid reflux a good natural treatment? Many would say yes cos it contains acetic acid, a weaker acid than Hydrochloric acid HCL normally produced by stomach. It tends to buffer or make the stomach less acidic (antacid) but still strong enough for digestion. Said to be best as 2 or 3 teaspoon-fulls in in 8 oz of water before meals. ...Read more
I have an apple cider vinegar burn on the groin area, I just need to know what the treatment for that is?
Aloe, calendula: A burn like this should heal fairly quickly even without treatment, as long as it does not get infected. I advise applying aloe vera gel and/or calendula lotion or oil 2-3 times a day to help speed the healing process. Taking a good multivitamin and Vitamin C 1000 mg 3-4 times a day should also speed the healing a bit. ...Read more
I am using Apple cider vinegar and onions juice 20 minutes on face every day This is best for pigmentation treatment?
Skin pigmentation: Facial skin pigmentation may be caused by many things. There are forms of inflammatory conditions of the skin that may cause this. Sun avoidance & protection is critical to any treatment regimen. Unfortunately, treatment with apple cider vinegar and onions has not been shown to be effective. An examination & evaluation by a medical provider would be helpful in accurate diagnosis & treatment. ...Read more
How can I stop bleeding that's caused by irritation due to an apple cider vinegar BV treatment? I need it to stop very soon, kind of today.
Stop use of irritant: If you know the bleeding is from an irritant- stop the irritant. Never use it again. Flush the irritated area with plenty of tap water, colder is better (to help constrict the small bleeding vessels and produce clots.). ...Read more
Hi doc, wondering if apple cider vinegar & pomegranate concsntrate juice really good/ suitable for gout treatment? Don't want to rely on pills only
Tue. I had sex, wed. I took my bcp 3 hours late, yesterday I used apple cider vinegar as a BV treatment and today I woke up bleeding. What's going on?
Many possibilities: But the most likely are simply breakthrough bleeding or irritation/trauma from your vinegar treatment. I would not normally expect a 3 hour delay with your pill would matter, but it's possible. The vinegar is not a good idea. Using douches is not a good idea. They tend to disrupt your natural defenses and create more problems than they solve. There are specific BV treatments. Get checked. ...Read more

How can I treat keloid scars? Ii had laser therapy but they reappeared. Can I use aloe vera creams? Apple cider vinegar is not helping.
See a dermatologist: Probably injections of triamcinolone into the keloids. Laser & surgery likely to make worse. Vinegar (any kind) is good on salads. Not useful as medicine except (acetic acid) sometimes for infection in ear canal. You can use aloe but there will be no benefit. No need to repeat experiments already done, showing what works and what does not. See a skin expert specialist. ...Read more

There are many causes of vaginitis. While there is no formal research I know of, many people report apple cider vinegar as being effective for yeast vaginitis and some report it useful for bacterial vaginosis. See http://earthclinic. Com/cures/yeast_infection. Html &

It helps many: Cure is a major claim for a condition like seborrhea, which tends to be chronic, but many people report apple cider vinegar to be very helpful. Nothing helps everyone, but earthclinic. Com has a discussion about different home remedies & the seborrhea section has 45 "yeas" and 6 "nays" for apple cider vinegar, a pretty good ratio. See www. Earthclinic. No: The fact that apple cider vinegar is promoted as being good for everything invites an obvious conclusion. It's natural, it tastes bad, and it's not patentable -- all qualities that make it perfect thing to sell to folks seeking a "natural remedy". If you're interested in supplements, get with an evidence-based holist. Fatty liver is serious and I wish you the best in managing it. ...Read more

Nope: Vinegar will not cure trichomonas. You need an antibiotic called metronidazole. Discuss with your obstetrician. There are no effective "natural" treatments and vinegar will not work. NEVER douche with anything, especially when pregnant. Very unhealthy, even dangerous. Don't do it. Get tested for other STDs: gonorrhea and chlamydia are common in women with trichomonas. ...Read more
What's the most effective an FAST way to cure ringworm? Apple cider vinegar? Tea tree oil? Garlic?
Real antifungal: Tolaftate is available without a prescription. Terbinafine topical is also good. I'd prefer to see you use a topical agent rather than taking medication systemically whenever possible. These should be effective but it may take a few weeks. Apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, and garlic are promoted on "natural healing" sites for everything -- trying them would be your business. Best wishes. ...Read more
I've heard that using an Apple cider vinegar soak is good to help cure yeast infection. Soaking a cloth and laying over vaginal walls, is this true?
Don't do it: This won't do any good at all and could be irritating and make yeast symptoms worse. Vaginal yeast infections need medical treatment. There are excellent over-the-counter drugs, including single dose oral fluconazole (Diflucan), or any of several vaginal creams -- look for active ingredient ending in "azole". If any doubt about the diagnosis, or if OTC treatment doesn't work, see a doctor. ...Read more
Is it necessary to get chemotherapy done? Can we just cure the patient by giving natural remedies like soursop, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, wheatgrass
2/25 missed bcp by 3hrs, 2/26 had sex, 2/28 used apple cider vinegar to cure bv, 3/1-7 was bleeding. Today is day 2 of placebo pills but no bleeding. What is happening? Could I be pregnant?
To treat bv, does bathing in warm water mixed with apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil treat cure the infection? Any suggestions?
Antibiotics v yogurt: Bacterial vaginosis is an imbalance in vaginal bacteria. Standard treatment is antibiotics, not bathing as described so go see family doc or gynecologist. There is some evidence that eating yogurt w/lactobacilli might help restore balance but studies aren't definitive. Check out http://www. Mayoclinic. Bragg's is raw/unpasteurized whereas I'm fairly sure Heinz is pasteurized. Pasteurization degrades some nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial. Also, Bragg's is organic whereas Heinz is not, and apples are in the EWG "Dirty Dozen" and high in pesticide residues.
Heinz should have many of the same benefits but, given a choice, I recommend Bragg's. ...Read more
