Possibly but...: Apple cider vinegar is touted as a miracle cure for many things including arterial plaque. I believe it has many health benefits but know of no scientific evidence that it clears plaque. There is limited evidence it may lower cholesterol & it may also reduce lead levels as a mild chelator; these properties may help plaque, but it would take more than 3 months. Females and Anemia: There is nothing about water and vinegar to discuss. I am not sure why you would consider this as a cause of anemia. Most females who have anemia are not eating enough protein or iron and they lost a lot of blood with their monthly periods.
