If I have kidney disease , and I have a very dry scalp, can I use apple cider vinegar, to help me ?

Sure: If your kidney disease upsets your stomach, the vinegar may make it worse. If you're expecting drinking the vinegar to help dry scalp, you're overly optimistic. If you have a gallbladder problem, see your doctor for appropriate treatment. ...Read more

Will Heinz apple cider vinegar work like brAggs apple cider vinegar?

Will Heinz apple cider vinegar work like brAggs apple cider vinegar?

Not entirely but...: Bragg's is raw/unpasteurized whereas I'm fairly sure Heinz is pasteurized. Pasteurization degrades some nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial. Also, Bragg's is organic whereas Heinz is not, and apples are in the EWG "Dirty Dozen" and high in pesticide residues. Heinz should have many of the same benefits but, given a choice, I recommend Bragg's. ...Read more
