Best OTC appetite suppressant or weight loss stimulants? At approx 130lbs with norm of 115 lbs. Goal weight between 115-120lbs.
Wouldn't advise OTC.: For the weight loss plans that you have, I would re just limiting your intake of carbohydrates over fat and protein and adding mostly a plant based diet. I would suggest, as a general measure, checking your Body mass index (BMI) and seeing where you fall on the chart.
