Adhesions: One possibility is adhesions - where the organs stick to the abdominal lining or each other. That can happen after surgery. Inflammatory bowel disease is another reason. Ovarian cyst: Probably not cancer but need to follow up with your gynecologist. May be endometriosis or another problem. Cyst could be twisting (ovarian torsion). IBD: You may have ibd if all those studies are negative. If so, then treatment with metamucil or its equivalent, should relieve your symptoms. Another cause could be pelvic adhesions. Adhesions surgery due to painmy abdomen has distended horribly, discfort, mild pain, constipation, nausea, cramps, and adhesions post-surgery yrs ago.
I would consider: Treating constipation with miralax, (polyethylene glycol) two times per day if needed, or mag citrate. Unless you have bowel obstruction, few will be excited to take you to surgery. It may or may not be adhesions but i would guess you had pain with surgery for adhesions. Sometimes there is pain and adhesions but adhesions incidental finding.
