R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed .You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori . Also stool screen x 3 for occult blood /parasite/ &colonoscopy./EGD While you are getting these items checked out you should stick to a gluten free diet . Referred pain: The testicle and closely attached structures (epididymis) form in the abdomen very early in life and then migrate later to outside of the body. This means that the nerve supply originates in the abdominal area -and you are experiencing this firsthand. Hopefully the treatment for epididymitis will lead to resolution. Left testicle llq pain radiates to left lower back pain. Had CT ruled out kidney stones. H/o Crohn's and colitis. What could this be.

Unclear: Is the testicle tender and swollen? Possibility of inflammation of the testicle or epididymis needs to be considered. Sometimes, the testicle may intermittently twist on its' vascular pedicle and cause intermittent torsion with associated pain. Complete torsion can cut off the blood supply and result in loss of the testicle. If any of this sounds like you, get examined by a urologist. ...Read more
