Vague symptoms: Nausea, cramping, and constipation are vague symptoms at best. Gynecologic problems can cause them, as can irritable bowel syndrome, non-erosive reflux disease (NERD), gastroparesis, and other conditions. Not likely: Treatment would be a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The gallbladder stores bile and pushes it into the intestines in response to eating fat in a meal. Bile is a salt in solution. In gallbladder disease, the gallbladder is not exchanging the bile properly causing the bile to sit there. Get checked soon,,: It would be a good idea to get examined and get some more lab tests like liver function tests to find out more about your issue. Your liver shows changes that may be serious, like cirrhosis, and your thyroid is only normal with a high tsh, and you've got an ovarian cyst. R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed .You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori .
