Just a min ago i could fell my pulse by my neck go crazy for about 3 seconds and i was not touching it ?

Could be muscles: It is possible that you had a run of abnormal heart beats and this requires having a Holter Monitor. I have a 1.9 CM node on my left neck. Only the ctscan could see this. My neck has hurt for 2 months and jaw pain and gum pain. Node touching nerve?

Swelling: More than it touching on a nerve per se, it is the size of the node in this area that is likely the culprit. Tissues are displaced and swollen when a node that typically is between 2-5 mm in size gets big. This occurs due to lots of issues including infection and cancers. Oftentimes it will be removed to see the cause unless there is obvious answer. ...Read more
