She's got you!: No doubt, this will not be an easy life but it can be of good quality and by some definitions even full. Being scared is fair. Try to find a supportive therapy. The various lupus fdtns might have referral lists for family groups, couple therapists, etc. With support you both might have a very wonderful experience learning and loving. Find a therapist: Having chronic illness can put a lot of strain on a person and cause depression and anxiety. Feeling like you are always having some medical issue is very frustrating. Talk with your doctor about a referral to a good therapist. Finding better ways to manage your stress can help you manage your illness better as well.
