Go to your dentist to make sure you do not have gum disease and for a cleaning twice year. If you wear dentures, clean them daily. Rinse doesnot help!: Rinse doesnot help, as rinsing for 30-45 seconds cannot reach all the places that odor producing bacteria are hiding in your mouth. Those bacteria are hiding deep in your gum pockets, and rinse only removes those bacteria that are in our oral cavity , but more and more bacteria are being introduced to your mouth from the tonge and from deep gums pockets.
