See a specialist: By your question I am assuming you have had a plain x-ray showing changes at your 4 th lumbar vertebret since you can't see disks on plain x-rays I suspect you have something called sponsylolysthesis of mild severity. Have you discussed the new numbness with your doctor. If so you may need to see a pm&r doctor or neurologist for a more comprehensive exam to see if more studies are needed.

Having pain in neck shoulder and numbness in arm fingers I cant seem to get any relief from the pain what can I do please help thank you?

First see your PCP: To make sure this is not any heart related issues & then get evaluated for a neck problem like a pinched nerve such as from a disc problem which will usually respond to medication such as a Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pak or NSAID if no contraindications to their use and possibly some physical therapy along with activity restriction /modification & time. Sometimes home traction and a soft collar worn reversed.

Depends..: Depending how bad was the strain it might take from 1-2 weeks to feel completely better. If not then physical therapy is the next step recommended unless you develop severe numbness of your arm or unable to move it then that requires emergency immediate reevaluation.

Could arm numbness propably be due to a compressed nerve!?

Could arm numbness propably be due to a compressed nerve!?

Cerv Radiculopathy: Pain that radiates into the arm with associated numbness or weakness, suggests a pinched nerve. In older patients, this is often due to arthritis. Younger patients, herniated disc is often the cause. If symptoms result from postures or positions of the arm or shoulder, other causes are suggested: thoracic outlet, cubital or carpal tunnel. For symptoms that persist or worsen have a doc take a look.
