Possible disc injury: Being 21 years old makes it unlikely that this pain is cardiac in nature. More likely you have a disc injury in your neck which is causing this issue. A c6-7 disc injury frequently causes chest (pectoralis) pain which can radiate into the tricep and arm. It can also cause numbness/tingling down the arm to the index and middle finger. Migraines: The numbness in the left arm is concerning. If you are correct that your symptoms are ocular migraines, then the numbness is most likely a variant form of the migraine. If the same visual symptoms happen in the same sequence with numbness in the arm, then it is most likely ocular migraine with variant, if severe headache then classic migraine. Need more info: Pain and numbmess in your arms might be related to lupus although it sounds like you have no other feature of systemic disease and that your lupus is limited to skin disease.
