How do I tackle problem of rosacea. It had started since last one year and gradually becoming more prominent. Whenever I'm tense it gets worse.

Meds/food/temp.: Most doctors prescribe oral or topical antibiotics for treatment of rosacea so see your doctor for treatments. Also avoiding alcohol, spicy food and extremes of hot and cold can be helpful to avoid flares.
