No: Hpv doesn't ever go away, but the body can be effective at suppressing the virus. Most women contact hpv at some point in their lives. So long as you have regular pap screening and follow doctor's instructions, you'll be fine. Hpv can lead to cervical cancer, but it takes years to develop, which is why screening is so effective. Cancer prevention: Oncologists are specialists who take referrals from primary care/other docs. Best to see your pcp first about any specific physical symptom that bothers you. You may be in good health with no need to worry about cancer. If it's been a year or more since a general physical exam, see your pcp to review your concerns re cancer. Depends: If you are talking about motion sickness, Meclizine can be given for that, or you can be prescribed a scopolamine patch to wear. If you are talking anxiety, there are some options for that too. See your doctor, so he or she can figure out the nature of the problem and give you the correct treatment.
