See your doctor: Pmdd is more severe than pms, and needs professional help. Please see your own doctor (or a psychiatrist) about this. You can slow your breathing down when panic sets in by blowing into a paper bag x 20-25 breaths. That should simmer the symptoms. Overall, a visit to your
