See your doctor: Pmdd is more severe than pms, and needs professional help. Please see your own doctor (or a psychiatrist) about this. Bring your notes and calendar to show the correlation of your symptoms with menstrual cycle timing. That will help in diagnosis. Sometimes antidepressants can help. Sometimes, not usual: Luckily, panic attacks are very treatable. If you get the right treatment, it is very unlikely they will continue. Panic/anxiety: You can slow your breathing down when panic sets in by blowing into a paper bag x 20-25 breaths. That should simmer the symptoms. Overall, a visit to your
child psychiatrist would evaluate the panic/anxiety and may suggest ongoing medication (zoloft/prozac, etc) to abate the symptoms altogether. There is therapy, sometimes in groups that can help too.

You have the: Symptoms of panic attacks, but with a migraine kicker. Some might suggests these are the aura of the migraine. Others might suggest the anxiety sets you up to have a migraine.
