To address stress:: Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Nausea/nervous: Consider gastritis, reflux with H pylori a bacteria that causes gastritis- will need antibiotics. Try maalox. May also be gallbladder or pancreas. Need to see someone: This format isn't the best, but at least it is a start. To know why you are feeling and behaving that way, requires a conversation. There are pieces of information missing and néed to be addressed to draw an accurate possible causes list and then make a plan. I would start by seeing your primary care doctor.
