No problemo: There are probably antidepressants on board for the ocd, so in this situation i give my vote to one of two drugs i find helpful in mixed or rapid cycling states. See your pcp: to get checked for chest pain, muscle spasms. Can only say it's from anxiety after medical evaluation has ruled out physical causes. No: Pot is contraindicated in social anxiety and it makes it worse. Also it is contraindicated in paranoid states. Klonopin (clonazepam) at the current dose is insufficient for sad.
