Highly unlikely: While nothing is impossible, a heart attack is highly unlikely in a 30 year old with normal cardiac tests, a negative family history, and no symptoms. It sounds like your unfounded anxiety is the problem you need to deal with and not the risk of cardiovascular disease at this point. ...Read more

Idiopathic: High cholesterol is not causally related to blood pressure. High blood pressure is usually without a known cause. Sometimes related to alcohol or anxiety and rarely related to other causes ? Measure BP first thing in am for two weeks. Treat average. ...Read more
