Separation anxiety: Best approach is to take him to front door of school, have teacher come out to take him in, and comment that you will pick him up after school for a treat. Make bedtime less : stressful, and do things that can relax your child furthe,r at least an hour before bedtime. So that she will feel sleepy naturally. Do not do anything that may increase mental or visual stimulation like watching TV, computer work, or too much exercise.
